please use your main toon name as username so it will be easier to identify you

applications should be written as following:

name.(optional)
toon name and level.
zone(country,timezone or even better, what time you mostly available to play in "realm time")

roles you able to play with your toon.(or interested to play)
current GearScore\DPS output on a lvl 80 Dummy.

nice, if i could throw somethin out. Personally i think they should share some stuff about themselves, name, age, a bit about themselves so we can have a bit of a view of the type of person we'd be taking into consideration about joining. Just a thought.
